And if you don't want to leave your apartment, the amenities of the building are more than enough

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's great living here. I've been here for a little over 2 years now. It's really close to Penn and Drexel campus. The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are done promptly. They hold regular community activities, which are fun. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues who might be interested in moving to the University City.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery good place to live. I'd like to compliment the door staff and maitance team. I been here for 2 years over all been very happy. I see that the price has gone up but the Maintence of the building and service of the leasing staff has declined eg stained lounge chair, inappropriate behavior spurts of anger unprofessional behavior from leasing.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe lounge is closed off due to some type of roof problem apparently. The charges were wrong on my bill. These are new problems since new management. also, there are longstanding issues with recycling bins overflowing on the floors and trash smelling in the downstairs hallway near the dry cleaning lockers which is why I don't use them

Please maintain the weekly massages and listen to resident's feedback We don't need the weekly beer and popcorn. Bringing back the water filter change is also needed We pay LUXURY prices for luxury amenities, not to be nickled and dimed
