Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe new ownership seems to taken the luxury out of these apartments. For example, prior to the new owners I didn't see cigarette butts in the pool area. I'm not sure how they policed it before, but it now seems rampant. They new ownership has a problem every month with the billing and two months in a row, billed late fees early. Even the maintenance seems to have suffered with this transition, either it takes weeks to get something done or they show up twice for the same repair and list in their work order that nothing was wrong never mind they fixed it the first time they showed up .

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe moved in late June and have loved the building so far. Everything is clean and beautiful. We especially love the pool and would definitely use it later t night if that were possible. We're also a big fan of the happy hours and dry cleaning

|Recommended: YesThis Place Is Awesome Sauce. — I arrived here in July of 2017 and have had an amazing experience since. The building is top notch and constructed very well. The amenities and aesthetics of the building are nicely designed. The noise level in the apartment is dismal. The building staff really tie everything together. Everybody is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional here. I absolutely love living here, and just signed another lease

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is the best apartment in Philadelphia trust me. The layout of each unit is perfect. Also the community is convenient and great.5-10 to Drexel and UPenn. 24hours doorman makes us feel safe.
