Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCommunication by new management is poor- I don't know if the events old management ran are still happening. They also made an off site call center instead of letting you call the front desk directly, which led to problems when my cat sitter was locked out.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living here The location is amazing and the people that work here are extremely helpful and caring. My only issue is with the elevators from time to time they are shut down during rush hour in the morning during the work week. The elevators should not be able to be reserved and used during these times as it takes 10 minutes to get downstairs. Other than that, I love this place
