Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSince the turnover to new management, lots of great employees have left, resident budget has been cut significantly, and every month, my rental bill is INCORRECT. Every month since the summer I have had to come down to the office to clarify my bill and even though I talked to them in person, the monthly bill is still wrong for that month and subsequent months. Then they finally get it right 6 months later but decide to slap on a late fee for THEIR MISCALCULATION even though I have done my due diligence and came downstairs to clarify before paying EVERY MONTH Now they are talking about cutting resident events such as massages. I originally stayed because of the old management and great staff. Now I am really doubting whether I want to renew. The building is great and so is the location but I do not like paying a premium 2.5K for a 1 bedroom to be treated subpar.

|Recommended: YesHomey And With All The Amenities You Need — For the prices of the apartments, you are definitely getting what you pay for and more. The amenities are amazing and the staff is so helpful. A few minor things like lack of composting and thin walls are are overshadowed the great aspects.

|Recommended: YesNo More Guest Parking — When I was first touring 3601, the managers told me there would be free guest parking available for residents, and we have been using this benefit for 3 months. When the new management came, they suddenly cancelled this benefit without negotiating with the residents. I and some other people who live here don't think this is really acceptable.
Hope the management can look into this issue.

The online portal hasn't worked for several months which makes paying rent difficult, and each month we are charged a different amount because of billing problems. The maintenance staff is delightful.
