Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI just moved in two weeks ago. I have to say I like this community and neighborhood. I adore the common space on the 6th floor and I really enjoy the gym and swimming pool. I hope we can have more events held in the community. Besides, I hope every event printed on the posters in the elevator will hold on time instead of being canceled. For example, the Yoga on Sunday got canceled. The Monday breakfast on the go wasn't provided in the lobby after 7 AM.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living at Arrive for two years and I absolutely love it. 24 hr concierge can't be beat, and they are always very helpful. They are pet-friendly, accessible, and all the apartments have tons of natural light. The amenities are incredible, and there are many free events throughout each month. Not to mention, they make my Mondays so much better with free breakfast in the lobby

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMostly everything is good. The regular weekly staff are exceptional, and Ryon in particular has gone out of his way many times to assist me. 100 excellence with Ryon.
What I see is that the weekends are where things suffer a bit because of maximum resident needs for interface with Arrive staff, coupled with minimal and sometimes less experienced staff on duty. Things happen like the Comcast Verizon keys have gone missing and no one knows where they may be. No one could tell the tech workers which telecom electrical room they needed access too, etc. That cost me and the tech 1.5 hours wasted time and countless trips up and down the elevator to try various keys that didn't work, all before any actual work could be accomplished. Ryon had to call the manager, and ultimately get access to the telecom room with some kind of master key. Thanks Ryon
The weekend is when most residents spend the most time in and around their apartments and that is when the office is short staffed. Many residents have significant wait time while the one or two Arrive employees are attending other residents. This why only 4 stars.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's in a good location, great amenities. I took away 1 star because, the windows don't open in our apartment. Also, very sensitive smoke alarms when you use the oven. You can't stay at the pool area 1 minute past 10pm. They have a lot of extra perks, like free yoga and bootcamp classes, and free mini massages, catering food in by the pool etc.. although I haven't had a chance yet to take part in any of these, I look forward to it
