Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe transition to Arrive management has been less than ideal, however the apartments are still nice. Some of the problems have been susbtantial rent increases, constant elevator outages, removal of coffee from the lobby, less frequent resident events, random fire alarms, and a complicated transition to Arrive Ren payments. However, the building is still nice as ever and people are generally helpful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat amenities. Lacks community feel. People smoke in the stairwells and parking garage. The pool area is much nicer now that the number of guests are limited. I miss the Friday afternoon wine and crackers.

The garages are now fully packed with visitors making the building security and elevator traffics worse. The first floor especially the hallway to the back door is very smelly. The order of cleaning products is too strong and toxic. Wish the managers use some orderless or with much less order products to clean the common area.

Since the parking lot is currently open to public, sometimes the car can be scratched by some others, and it is not easy to find the person. Security cameras will be helpful the garage is open to the public
