The apartments are reasonably sized and the appliances and facilities are pretty new and well maintained. Within walking distance to UPenn and Drexel. Some complaints I have are that package sorting is slow, and that food deliveries aren't monitored at all times, and I've had food stolen before.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCertain aspects of our stay have been really great and others have been a little so-so. The staff for the most part is fantastic, I genuinely enjoy nearly all the people working at arrive. The maintenance team with Aaron and Omar is great, they are always there to help and are overall fantastic people to be around. For parking, I really wish it was a private lot for family and residents , because I don’t like the idea of anyone having access to the location. For the apartments, some like ours doesn’t have any windows that open, which can be a real bummer. Even though there is a fan system with the HVAC system, it’s really not the same. Lastly, there have been some AirBnB issues that I think need to be shut down they can be found on AirBnB . There are definitely pros and cons to living here and I’m sure that largely depends on the floor plan you get as well. My experience has been good for the most part so far, but there is still some room for improvement.

Just one thing is that fire alarms telling residents nothing happens ring for a long time. Would be better if an email explaining current suitation can be shared with residents of the alarm was errorlessly triggered.

I always feel extremely safe with the security that we have, and I enjoyed all of the amenities they provided before COVID restrictions and lockdowns. The pool deck has been my favorite place to hangout during my downtime, especially in the summer when it was warm.
