Our concierge associates, including Verie and Nancy have been very considerate and caring who are passionate about their job of ensuring my stay was taken care of. Our assistant manager, Maurice, was also very attentive to the resident's needs as well.

Location wise this apartment is in the perfect place next to penn campus while also being very close to downtown. One of the best apartments I've had in the area.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe building is great I am actively considering renewing my lease because of how good the apartment and management are. One down side of my apartment is that electricity bill becomes very costly in winter because of the poor air ventilation in the unit.

The building’s doors and walls are a bit thin though, can hear everything outside and in other people’s apartments.
