Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI just moved in the end of last month, and I really like the pretty apartment, especially the views Also really appreciate that the packages are delivered to the office instead of being left somewhere else unattended, and people here in general are really nice and helpful. I am looking forward to someday using swimming pool and other attractive facilities here.

I've made life-long friends who live in the building and have the great luxury of being incredibly close to where I work. The amenities are fantastic and the location is great and quiet unlike many buildings in Center City . I'm super happy to be here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesReally like most employees in the building. With the exception of one, they are very nice and helpful. The elevator is a big issue, as oftentimes it takes very very long to get down. The 6th floor is very good the gym is a great asset, especially in the winter, the study rooms are great for group meetings, the TVs for keeping up with any sports events and the pool table for inviting some friends. Still want to try the bbq outside and can't wait for spring to go to the pool.
